SHIPPING INFO & POLICY:

Shipping: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once an order is dropped off to the carrier, we lose control over it's location and timeliness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact USPS or UPS directly. Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice. 

Current Turnaround Time: Uncommon Wild's current turnaround time is at least 7-10 business days.  However, on occasion, additional time may be needed due to high order volume. Pre-order items will clearly state the appropriate ship window, please be sure you are aware of these dates before placing order. Please note, some products from the same order may be shipped in separate packages. This excludes items available for pre-order, ship windows will be clearly stated on the product page. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns: In order to continue running an eco-friendly, efficient, one woman ran small business, we unfortunately do not accept returns at this time. 

Cancellations: We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.  Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via shopuncommonwild@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Lost/Stolen Packages: Please understand we are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
